The Tax Local
690 held a general membership meeting on Thursday, November 15th and invited
the Department of Labor, Local 670. The meeting was held at the Polish American
Citizens Club and was open to all of the members of both the Local's.
All four of the officers from Labor were in attendance, as well
as some of their members.

Everyone was treated to pizza and soda. After dinner, two of the
Negotiating team members, Bill VanGuilder and Mark Davis, went through the
highlights of the contract and answered any questions that the members had.
The meeting was a great success and everyone walked away with a better
understanding of the tentative contract. ~ Gary
